Raw Recipe of the Week

Dr.Mike's Raw Pizza Bread

Blend:

    Put all the ingredients into 3 very large stainless steel bowls and stir. Recipe below makes 9 dehydrator trays. First add vegetable pulp to bowl then add ground flax seeds, tahini, stevia, and all seasoning. Next blend tomatoes with parsley, apples, raisins, lemon, garlic, olives, sun dried tomatoes and buckwheat sprouts. Pour blender into bowl and stir so that vegetable pulp is moist and sticks together. Add all dried spices to bowls. Next, scoop out mixture from bowl and flatten onto dehydrator trays to make ¼ -1/2 inch thick bread. Use butter knife to cut into squares or triangles or cut to create wraps. Next, put trays into dehydrator set at 100 degrees for about 36 hours. Flip bread over after 24 hours for even drying. Store in the fridge or freezer in resealable bags.

    Need:

  1. 6 cups ground flax seeds and 6 cups ground sunflower seeds (dry grind)
  2. 10 large zip lock bags of carrot, cabbage, and lemon pulp leftovers from juicing frozen and then defrosted the day before
  3. 20 cloves garlic
  4. 3 cups sprouted buckwheat (optional)
  5. 6 tomatoes
  6. Kale 4 cups
  7. 3 cups sun dried tomatoes
  8. 1 whole red pepper (optional)
  9. 3 apples (optional)
  10. 2 cups fresh parley or 1 cup dried
  11. 4 cups Tahini (optional)
  12. 3 tsp Stevia (optional)
  13. 1 cup raisins (optional)
  14. 1 lemon (skin & seeds)
  15. 1 tsp Cayenne
  16. 1 cup Oregano dried
  17. 1 cup Basil dried
  18. 3 cups Nutritional Yeast
  19. 1/2 cup Pizza Seasoning or Italian Seasoning
  20. 1 tbsp Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt
  21. 3 tbsp Chili Powder
  22. ½ cup Pitted Olives or ½ cup olive oil (optional)
  23. 2 tbsp Braggs Aminos (optional)
  24. Add wet blend contents to bowls to stir misssssss Blend the following and add to bowl:
  25. Kale 4 cups
  26. 3 cups sprouted buckwheat
  27. 1 cup dulse or kelp whole or 1/2 cup powder
  28. 3 cups sun dried tomatoes (pre-soaked 20 minutes)
  29. 1 whole red pepper
  30. Garlic cloves
  31. 3 apples (optional)
  32. 1 cup raisins (optional)
  33. 1 Lemon (whole with skin and seeds)
  34. 6 Tomatoes
  35. Parsley fresh 1 cup
  36. Water (just enough for blender to work)
  37. 1 cup fresh cilantro (optional)
